Before anything else: don't be confused if you get an email saying you've been enrolled in a course. I promise, it's not a course. 😄

Here's what happened: I wanted to send you a simple link to your notes straight after purchase, but the platform I use didn't have an easy way to do that — so I got a little creative. I set up one single page that looks like a course, just so I could get the link to you properly.

Here's all you need to do:

1. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line something like "Your access to..." or "You've been enrolled..."

2. Click the login link in that email

3. You'll see one module — click it

4. Your link to My Vitality Notes is right there

That's it. One click and you're in.

If the email doesn't show up within a few minutes, check your spam folder — sometimes it ends up there.
